About WHOE

The WHOE movement originated in 2015 when a dynamic group of young alumni sought to redefine the Bethune-Cookman University homecoming experience. Fueled by the desire for more, we embarked on a journey to proactively shape a movement of change. WHOE was created with the idea to change from worst to first. The question, "What does WHOE mean?" invites interpretation—it's an open canvas for personal significance. We tell others “It’s what you make it”. Since our inception, we've successfully organized almost 30 events during B-CU's homecoming, with each year witnessing exponential growth in scale. We can confidently say we’ve made it and our efforts have reshaped the perception of our homecoming in a short amount of time. Along this exciting trajectory, we've not only fostered school spirit and enthusiasm but have also made significant contributions to the university by raising funds.
